Yesterday at ELITE, we took advantage of the nice weather, and the kids got to do their project outside! 🤗 They did Rain Cloud Gravity painting. 🌧🌧
Today at ELITE, the kids had "student choice." They could choose to build and create with magna tiles, the marble run, or dominoes.
In the words of the Kindergarteners, "That was totally awesome!" 😎 Getting to learn about and see the Solar Eclipse today was pretty awesome! 🌓 We viewed it with special glasses, got to take a look at the moon through a pinhole view, watched it live with NASA, and enjoyed eating a replica of it with Oreos! 😊 A big thank you to our special guests, Jessica and Deb! A memorable day in Kindergarten! 💛

State Champion Alert: Congratulations to our Food Sciences team as they place 1st in the state competition in Lincoln! These ladies are the first to qualify for nationals from Kimball in around 14 years! Grace placed 1st for the third year in a row, Julia placed 2nd, Carlee placed 3rd, and Hayden placed 6th!
