🍁📚 Parent-Teacher Conferences Are Coming Up! 📚🍁
It’s time to sign up for Mary Lynch Elementary’s Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences!

📅 Conference Dates & Times
Thursday, October 22: 4:30–8:30 PM
Friday, October 23: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Conferences will be scheduled in 15-minute sessions, and parents will select their own conference times using the link below.

⏰ Sign-ups close Monday, October 12 at 12:00 PM. This gives teachers time to finalize schedules and send conference confirmations home in Longhorn Mail.

Here’s what you need to know:
🏫 Pre-K–3rd Grade
All students will have a scheduled conference. Please select the time that works best for your family. If you do not sign up, a conference time will be assigned for you.
📚 4th–6th Grade
Parents may sign up to meet with the teachers they would like to visit. To make conferences easier for families, teachers will be paired together this year, so you can meet with two teachers during one 15-minute conference.

Teacher pairings are:
• Mrs. Dorrell & Mrs. Fryda — English & Math
• Mrs. Segreaves & Mr. Ferguson — English & Math
• Mr. Kilgore & Mrs. Diamond — Science & Social Studies
This means families can meet with all of their child’s teachers by scheduling two conferences instead of four separate conferences.
Teachers will also schedule conferences for any 4th–6th grade student who currently has a grade below a C.

👉 Sign up for your conference here: https://www.signupgenius.com/index.cfm?go=c.SignUpSearch&eid=08C4CDDFFFC8FA6D0D&cs=09CBBADB8FB98B137B79640F5BB79BBAFDB2&sortby=l.title

We look forward to visiting with our families, celebrating student progress, and working together for continued success! 💬✨
