Last night we talked about our theme for this season. "UNCOMMON". We also had a chance to sit around the fire and connect as a team. Did some damage to the s'mores too!!!

The high school girls have been putting time in this summer to improve on their game. They are continuing to make great strides and we very excited for the upcoming season!

Longhorn Football Team Retreat!!
Our team retreat guest speaker, Geoff Safford, is a former college football coach and speaks regularly to NFL teams. I am excited about this opportunity for you to hear his words of wisdom on life and success in all you do!!
We can still add you to the list if you can join us.


Longhorn Mini Cheer Camp was huge hit! It was a beautiful day and we truly enjoyed making some noise and spreading some Longhorn Spirit with this group!










Here is our plan for our Longhorn Football retreat at Maranatha. There may be some changes, but this will give you an idea of what is happening. We can still add players if you want to come but I need to know by Wednesday.



Longhorn Varsity Football Camp Tomorrow!! Monday (7/17) Tuesday (7/18) Wednesday (7/19) and Thursday (7/20) At 7:00am - Check in at the high school stadium. Will wrap up around 9:00 Bring helmets, cleats and water bottle if you have them.
Friday and Saturday will be our team retreat at Maranatha.


Longhorn JrHi Football Camp Tomorrow!! Monday (7/17) Tuesday (7/18) and Wednesday (7/19) At 9:00 - Check in at the high school stadium. Will wrap up around 10:30 Bring cleats and water bottle if you have them. (No Helmets)

The pole vault ended their summer with a street vault at the Oregon Trail Days in Gering.
Clarika won the girl's Jr. High.
Trey won the boy's Jr. high and Brayden placed third. All PR's
Trevor and Peter earned 2nd and 3rd place medals. Kip also had a good day
