It was a great day to be a Longhorn! ❤️🤍 We had our first XC meet of the season today at the Panhandle Classic in Scottsbluff! It was a little warm out there, but our kids battled through it and ran great! 🏃‍♂️ 👏 Jax Toth ran a 22:40 to place 6th in the JV race! 👏 Kaymen Lusche ran an impressive 18:55 to finish 10th for varsity! 👏 Trajan Johnson ran a 19:38, finishing just one place out of a medal in the varsity race! The best part of cross country is watching these kids grow, improve, and get stronger week after week. Today was just the beginning, and we can't wait to see what this group accomplishes! 💪🏃‍♂️ Keep putting in the work, Longhorns! ❤️🤍

We are thankful for this opportunity to learn about agriculture and are thankful for the individuals from WestCo and the UNL Research Center for allowing us to experience this event!
