What a great first day at Kimball Jr/Sr High School!

Today, our students kicked off the 2026–2027 school year by learning about the expectations, opportunities, and choices that will help them Own Their Path this year. They also met Lenny, our reimagined Longhorn mascot, who served as their guide through our new Longhorn Learning Series.

Every student received an Own Your Path Guidebook to take home. The Guidebook does not replace our full Student Handbook, but it provides students and families with an easy-to-use reference for some of the information students need most throughout the year.

Each Path in the Guidebook also includes a QR code that connects to the corresponding page on our Longhorn Learning Hub. There, students and families can watch the Longhorn Learning Series videos, find additional information and resources, and access new content as we continue to build the Hub throughout the year.

📢 REGISTRATION REMINDER — ONE MORE STEP! 📢

Families, we have now sent out the Registration Form that must be completed for each student. This form is SEPARATE from Online Registration, so even if you have already completed Online Registration, you still need to complete this form!

📍 Where do I find it?
Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. On the Home Page, look for “Documents Need Attention.”

The Registration Form includes:

📚 Handbook receipt/acknowledgment
📸 Consent for publication
🚑 Medical release
✍️ Required authorizations

All school handbooks are available on the KPS website for families to review.
