Kindergarten is learning all about Holidays Around the World! This week we "traveled" to Germany to learn about their Christmas traditions! ✈️🎄We found candy in our shoes and got to sample special German chocolate from an Advent Calendar! Majority vote was a thumbs up on the chocolate! 👍🏼😊
Lacie scored a 100 on her Social Studies test.

ELITE Afterschool Program had craft club yesterday. The kids made puffy paint Christmas trees! 🎄 They mixed glue and shaving cream to make the puffy paint.

This month for Lego club, we are doing a 25 Days of Christmas challenge. Each row the kids complete, they get a little treat! 🎅🎄🎁🛷☃️

Congratulations to Brayson Atkins for being the 1st student to complete the 12 expectations challenge earning cookie decorating and hot cocoa! Soon after him, several other 3rd graders finished their challenges too. Keep up the hard work Longhorns... the rewards are very sweet indeed!

Last week's Student of the Week at the Kimball Jr/Sr High School was Peter Russell. On Friday, Jay Allen with KIMB 104.3 interviewed Peter as well as a couple of his recommending teachers and presented him with a plaque and gift certificate to the Goodhand Theater.
