Summer Sports training This week is testing week We will have 1 session per day at 7am High school athletes only Monday- squat / pro agility Tuesday- bench/ 10 yard dash Wednesday- deadlift/ broad jump Thursday- clean / vertical.

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!!!! Football Conditioning Week Starts tomorrow. We will be testing in the weight room at 7am With Football conditioning starting immediately after. So approximately 8 am. You only need work out clothes, water bottle and cleats. Conditioning can only go for 1 hour so if we start at 7:50 we will be done at 8:50.
