Mini Cheer Camp 2021 was an enormous success. We had such a great time cheering, learning dances, and playing games. Thank you to all of the guests, parents, and family that came to join us for the pep rally. It was a fun night and we can’t wait to cheer and dance on Friday night.
There is a Kimball booster club meeting at the sagebrush at 6:30 pm this evening. New members are welcome to come and learn about the booster club.
Game times for tomorrow night’s volleyball games are 5:00 and 6:00. They were moved back an hour to allow former players to be able to make it.

The Kimball High School Cheerleaders are so excited for mini cheer camp tomorrow, October 6th after school at Mary Lynch. Mini Cheerleaders will head to the gym as soon as the bell rings to start camp!
Don’t forget we are having a mini pep rally following cheer camp from 4:30-5:20 for all of the mini cheerleaders and ELITE. Parents are welcome to join us!

This year marks the 50th anniversary of Nebraska State High School volleyball championships. The NSAA is asking schools to help celebrate by honoring former players and championship teams. Thursday, October 7 any former kimball Longhorn volleyball player can get into the home contest free. Then between the 2nd and 3rd set of the varsity game the 1979 Class B State Championship team will be recognized.
Attention Junior High Volleyball Parents: the game on Thursday, October 7 in Pine Bluffs will begin at 4:30 PM at the High School Gym.

Great day to be a Longhorn XC runner. The team had WTC in Rushville. Braxton Miller won the Jr. High Boys race with Trey Cook hot on his heels finishing 2nd. Chantel Malson placed 4th and Xavier Thomas-Lewis 9th. The High School Boys were Conference Runner-Ups as a team!
