
There will be free physicals on Wednesday, May 7th, from 8-11 at the Kimball Jr/Sr High School. Physical forms are available at the office and must be completed before your physical. Current 6th-11th grade students are eligible. Don't miss out on this great opportunity to get this done before summer so you don't forget about it!!! Thursdays at ELITE we exercise for our Marathon Kids Program! All of the students' time exercising counts towards completing a marathon!

The Regular Board of Education meeting for the month of May will be held on May 5, 2025 at 5:00 PM in the Kimball County Transit Service Meeting Room, 233 South Chestnut Street, Kimball, NE 69145. An updated agenda for the meeting will be kept current in the office of the Superintendent of Schools located at 901 South Nadine Street, Kimball, NE 69145 during normal business hours.

It was a great night at The Best of the West.
Conrad and Braxton both ran new PRs in the 1600 with Conrad running a 4:52 and Braxton a 4:58. Then Conrad turned around and ran another PR in the 3200 with a 10:54! Addy jumped her new season record of 5'. Derek won both the shot put (50' 10.5") and discus (155'). JaLeigh placing third in the discus (109'2"). Brayden, Trey, and Rachel competed well in the pole vault, going 11' 6", 11', and 8'6", respectively. Braxton also competed in the triple jump, jumping 40' 3.25".





Congratulations to Rachel Berger, Sam Anderson, Ryker Behrend, and Hannah Kilgore for being inducted into the Kimball Longhorn chapter of the National Honor Society. The induction ceremony was conducted by current NHS members Renee Murdoch, Connor Deboodt, Kyler Lusche, Braxton Miller, Joey Perry, and Addy Olson.



Congratulations to Derek Russel for winning both the shot put and discus as well as to JaLeigh Bohac for finish 3rd in the Discus at The Best of the West.
