Reminder: The 1st Annual Kimball Longhorn Wrestling Golf Tournament will be held on Sunday August 29 at 1:00 PM at Four Winds GC.

Due to the forecast temperatures and present building temperatures, we will have 1:00 PM heat dismissals on Thursday August 26 and Friday August 27. We already have scheduled a 1:00 PM heat dismissal for Wednesday August 25. There will be no ELITE afterschool program on these dates (Wednesday 8-25, Thursday 8-26, Friday 8-27).

Kimball athletes will be back in action this week and want to wish them luck as the fall sports seasons get under way. Girls golf will be at Sidney on Tuesday and Bayard on Thursday. Volleyball will be in Hemingford on Thursday for a triangular with Gordon and Hemingford. Cross country will open their season in Scottsbluff on Thursday. Unfortunately the football game at Hitchcock County has been canceled due to low numbers. Best of luck to all the athletes. #longhornpride
