🏐 Longhorn Junior High Volleyball Update! 🏐 Our girls worked hard on the court tonight with three fun and competitive games! 💪 ✨ Reserves brought home a win! ✨ 7th grade battled through a tough three sets for the victory! ✨ 8th grade fought hard in all three sets and showed grit from start to finish! The progress at this age is so fun to watch, and we’re proud of the teamwork and effort on display. 👏 Huge shoutout to Coach Patterson and Coach Malm for leading our girls with energy, encouragement, and dedication! ❤️

Today, at Friday ELITE, we walked to the park with Amanda Filipi from the Wildcat Hills Nature Center and went bird watching 👀 🐦‍⬛🦜. Then the kids drew a picture of their favorite bird, and played a game about flapping our wings .

Life cycles have come to life over the past several weeks here in Kindergarten! 😊 We have been very busy taking care of our tiny insect friends as we followed their journey from eggs 🥚(collected in a local field), to caterpillars 🐛, to chrysalis, and finally into beautiful Monarch butterflies!🦋 We have learned so many new and amazing things (just ask a student) and how we can all play a part in their conservation!❤️ We were all very excited as we set them off on their next adventures!☀️
