Addy Olson has qualified for the state meet after winning the high jump with a height of 5' 1".
Emmaline Tabor punched her ticket to state with a jump of 15' 7.25" to place 2nd in the long jump.
These three punched their ticket to state. Joey Perry placed 2nd in the discus with a throw of 95' 1". Jaleigh Bohac won the discus with a throw of 116' 1". Derek Russell won the shot put with a heave of 51' 7".
Braxton Miller has punched his ticket to state in the triple jump with a leap of 39' 3 3/4".

Our sixth graders had an amazing day at the lake!
They spent the day rotating through fun and educational stations all about mammals, birds, trees, grasses, geocaching, keeping the lake clean, and so much more.
A big thank you to NRCS and SPNRD for making this experience possible, and to our incredible presenters from Bird Conservancy of the Rockies (BCoR), Keep Kimball Beautiful, and UNL for sharing their knowledge with our students.

Pre-k released some butterflies today thanks to Millie Brown and her family for the great experience for our pm class! This was a perfect addition to our insect study! The children loved seeing the butterflies up-close, counting their six legs, and looking for the proboscis!

On Thursday at ELITE, we had our last Marathon Kids day with Ashley Fenning. We had a lot of friends achieve the marathon goal!! 👏 And many more reach great milestones: 10, 15, 20+ miles! The kids ran a couple of laps on the playground and then played games with Ms. Ashley 😁
Friday ELITE fun: The kids enjoyed painting the crosswalks at the elementary school. Thank you to the Activate Kimball group for asking us to help! We also had fun painting with watercolors while we were outside!
