As we start into the 3rd quarter at the Jr/Sr High School, we want to recognize our students who earned recognition for The Longhorn Way in the 2nd quarter. To qualify for The Longhorn Way, students earned A's and B's for the quarter, had no tardies, had no referrals to Longhorn Time, had no behavior referrals and participated in at least one extracurricular activity. Below is a list of the students who qualified. These students have earned a trip during a school day during the 3rd quarter to recognize their efforts. Past trips have included ice skating, bowling, laser tag and a pumpkin patch/corn maze. In addition, we would like to recognize our Students of the Quarter. These students were selected by their teachers based on their work ethic in the classroom, their respectful behavior to staff and students and their kindness to others. The Students of the Quarter will be treated to lunch with the Board of Education. The Students of the Quarter are: 7th Grade - Abigail Jiang 8th Grade - Connor Markum 9th Grade - Tradin Hottell 10th Grade - Eddie Duran 11th Grade - Kyler Lusche 12th Grade - Jessica Terrill Congratulations to all of our outstanding students!
